· Ensure all production is completed in a sanitary and safely manner.
· Follow recipes, portion and waste control, and presentation procedures.
· Help in stocking, preparation, and production.
· Cleaning and maintaining equipment.

Servers

· Complete opening routine.
· Preform designated tasks required for service including order taking, drink making, bussing, clearing, cleaning, and resetting.
· Help in stocking and preparations for next dinner service and events.
· Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
Dishwashers
Description:
We are looking for dishwashers to join our team who are striving to provide excellent support our front and back of house teams. A successful dishwasher is expected to master a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure, and resolve problems as they occur.
Details:
- Part-time.
- Shifts Wednesday to Sundays from 3 pm to 11pm.
- Compensation is hourly pay with tips.
Qualifications:
- None.
Responsibilities:
- Complete opening routines and closing routines.
- Clean dishes and kitchen pots and utensils.
- Complete upkeep activities such as washing and restocking dishes, polishing silverware and glassware, stocking bar and coffee supplies.
- When able, help other servers and staff embers including following instructions from management.
